According to the FSA guidline ( Freiwillige Selbstkontrolle für die Arzneimittelindustrie e.V.), the conditions and extent of support from member companies should be transparently presented to participants both in the congress announcement and implementation.

According to guidelines of AKG (Arzneimittel und Kooperation im Gesundheitswesen e.V.), the member companies should work towards ensuring that their support is disclosed by the organizer both when the congress is announced and when it is held. The publication of the type and extent of the total support does not constitute an obligation for the AKG member companies and takes place here voluntarily after written consent.

Sollte für eine CME-Zertifizierung des Kongresses durch die zuständige Landesärztekammer eine Offenlegung aller gezahlten Ausstellungs- oder Sponsoring-Summen notwendig sein, so behält sich INTERPLAN vor dem Folge zu leisten.
